Who is behind Custom CRM Studio
Custom CRM Studio is a site of The Goodstack Company, a two-person implementation studio. Goodstack runs a few sites like this one, each about one kind of work. The same two people answer every inquiry.
David
David runs beLoved Health, a distribution company, and built the system it runs on: CRM, wholesale portal, invoicing, samples and affiliate payouts. He writes the code and runs the pilots.
Vidur
Vidur is the co-founder of Goodstack and leads product and design. He designed the original Goodstack and ran the studio with David. He has experience with SOC 2 compliance, which matters the moment a system touches a customer's data.
How we work
Vidur and David met over coffee in New Delhi nearly ten years ago and have shipped custom software together since. We start with a discovery call, map one workflow, and prove it with a small group of your people before anyone talks about replacing a system.
On this site the work is CRM: building one around your sales process, connecting the one you have, or planning a measured move off Salesforce or HubSpot. The example we point to is the system David built for beLoved Health, a company he runs.
